Swim Lessons
Water Safety
Lessons focused on teaching essential water safety skills to students of all ages.
Pre-stroke Skills
Instruction focuses on body positions and movements that are precursors to all four swim strokes.
Stroke Development
Hands on instruction teaching each of the four strokes including flip turns.
Certified Lifeguard & Swimming Instructor
At the age of 21, Kaeden Frailey is a certified Red Cross Lifeguard with CPR and first aid qualifications. She obtained a degree in exercise physiology from Northern Arizona University and will pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at The University of Kansas next year. With six years of lifeguarding experience and a background in competitive swimming since the age of 10, Kaeden is well-equipped to teach others.
Kaeden offers private and semi-private swimming lessons in the convenience of your own home pool, catering to three different skill levels: Water Safety, Pre-stroke Skills, and full stroke development. Each student undergoes a personalized assessment, ensuring that the lessons meet their individual needs. Students of all ages are welcome, from those learning basic water safety to teenagers preparing to join a competitive swim team.
